Have you ever disliked the smell of sweat in PE lessons? Have you ever hated running around the school grounds over and over? You must have those thoughts before. Here, let me tell you that PE lessons can be interesting too.

Students, especially the ones nowadays, are under great pressure of studying. Some don't have time to exercise at all. Do you know what happens if you don't exercise? You are very likely to get obesity, or worse, lose the functioning ability of your muscles. With these in hand, you will have a higher risk of getting heart diseases than others, simply because you don't exercise. Also, for the students that came out from quarantine and went back to school which haven't exercised in months. When they started exercising, some got sudden heart attacks and sadly passed away. These wouldn't happen just with more exercising at home.

Not just that, taking PE lessons helps you practice your interpersonal skills. In games, you communicate more with your team and learn how to come up with strategies. Now you know why exercising is important? Well, if you do, then let's get movin'!
