有关北京办公室集体更换电脑这件事，不知道你们对此是怎么安排的，所以我有几个问题想请你帮忙解答。如下：
² 为了便于安排废旧电脑变卖事宜，可否提供需要更换设备的名单？
² 什么时候可以引进新的设备，并可以开始进行计算机配置？
² 有关配置问题：
新电脑由谁配置 & 备份数据？（对于我们每周只有4小时的IT服务时间来说，配置这批电脑将花费很长时间。。。）
会更改“域”吗？/ Outlook 会延用IPL的吗？/ 等等

Hi, Thomas.
As per group computer change of Beijing Office, how will you arrange? I've got a few questions as below:
Would you please provide the list of the equipment to be changed so as to sell the waste & old computers?
When can new equipment be purchased and configured?
Regarding to the configure, who will configure and back-up the data? ( It takes us a long time for configuration of all the computers with 4 hours per week for IT service.)
Will the domain be changed and the Outlook be still IPL?

For unknowing your arrangement about replacing the group computers in Beijing office, I want you to answer some question for me. The questions are as follows :
Can you provide me the name list of replacing equipments in order to arranging the sell of the computers that are going to the scrap heap?
When can we introduce the new equipment and start configuring the computer?

About the configuring:
Who will configuring and backing up the new computer?(It will takes our plenty time to configure these computers for we only have 4 hours IT service time a week)
Can you change "the domain" ?/Will Outlook spread to IPL? / so on
