请问重装XP系统的步骤？

原有的xp系统不知为何慢如蜗牛，想重装一下，请问该如何操作呢？现在手里有一张《上海政府vlx加强版》的光盘。
现在手里有一张《上海政府vlx加强版》的光盘。而且是盗版的，还有三张软盘，1.pc-dos 7.0系统盘，2.联想操作系统硬盘分区与格式化用软盘，3.联想家用驱动程序安装软盘，不知该如何入手安装？
后三样是随即配来的，也不知是啥用，强烈要求买电脑要详细说明这些东西的使用方法，特别是品牌电脑，包括安装系统的说明。

First thing is you will get into the BIOS setting (Press DEL key) to set up the hardware which is set first boot is DVDROM(CDROM), then set sencond boot is hard disk, save it.
Second thing is you insert WinXP CD to boot the system and you are waiting for CD load all files until it finished, then you press F8, and then you format your hard, WinXp CD will install the file to your hard disk, after that, you will restart the system, and set it back which is hard disk boot on the first boot, save it.
Last, on winxp install screen, you following all information and install the system step by step.And it will take about 20-30 min. So you can use WinXp after you finished
