As we all know it is very important to keep healthy. But do you know how to keep healthy? Firstly I think we must have enough food to keep us healthy.
我们都知道保持健康是非常重要的。但是你知道如何保持健康吗?首先我认为我们必须有足够的食物来保持我们的健康。
First we should eat more fruits and vegetables. They are good source fo vitamins minerals and fibre. And also we need to eat a balanced diet. A balanced diet will give us lots of energy. Second we should do some exercise. That can make our body strong.
首先我们应该多吃水果和蔬菜。他们是维生素、矿物质和纤维的良好来源。我们还需要吃一个均衡的饮食。均衡的饮食会给我们很多的能量。第二我们应该做一些运动。这可以使我们的身体强壮。
Third we should get up on time. go to bed on time. Try test tips maybe they will help you keep healthy.
第三我们应该准时起床。准时上床睡觉。试试这些技巧,也许他们会帮助你保持健康。
健康小常识:
1、吃水果最好在饭前半小时至一小时或饭后一小时至两小时。
2、喝豆浆时,不要加鸡蛋及糖,也不要喝太多,会上火。
4、睡前三小时不要吃东西,会胖。
5、少喝奶茶,因为高热量、高油,没有营养价值可言,长期饮用,易罹患高血压、糖尿病等疾病。
6、白天多喝水,晚上少喝水。
7、一天不要喝两杯以上的咖啡,喝太多易导致失眠、胃痛。
