The students' sleeping hours survey strongly demonstrates the problem of ignoring high school students' health. Both the school and parents are more interested in students’ score and achievement. The standard of students’ daily sleeping hour is 8 hours per day. However, according to the survey most of the students sleep less than 7 hours, some of the students sleep less than 6 hours. As we can see, this is far below the standard. The way to solve the problem is to decrease homework. Students should not be burdened with heavy homework. Most importantly, students need more attention from their school and parents on their mental and physical health.
