A cook who can feed me better
We prepare for eating to apply heat for our meals every day. In order to stay healthy, we should pay attention to cooking heathy food for each meal. A reasonable diet (合理的食谱) is good for our healthy. As far as we know, unhealthy food is sure to do harm to us. If we want to be in good healthy and reduce disease, we must have healthy food and drink. Besides, we should do more exercises each day so as to keep fit. Of course, it is necessary to play ball games twice a week.
