I don’t insist on my ideal teachers who are perfection, if only he/she can give us a relaxed learning atmosphere.Liking brother/sir can talk about the fresh things which are outside the classroom.Liking brother/sir can give us some inspires which are about how to learn english well.An ideal teacher not just has much knowledge,but also he/she should to know how to educate his/her students well in a good way. In my opinion, I can not care his/her experience , but we can gain what we need from him/her .Then what we need on earth? First , we can exchange our own view with each other, as if we are the relation of companies.Second, we should respect each other. I think the point of view that many person assume as a matter course, but it is necessary to be emphasized.Third , because most of the teachers are different time of life, I approve that it may appear the crack of generation . I hope that the brother/sir can understand us who have our own fond of things in our age, and we must learn to admire each other.
