所谓演讲，是要抒发感情的。这是前提。而你们，却一个个地背课文，这根本不算是演讲，也不有趣，自然不会有人去听，也因此你们失败了。虽然这并不表示我就能成功。而老师，居然还鼓励背课文，请问，开设演讲还有什么意义呢？干脆一个一个拿着书念得了。我不要这样做，虽然你们大多数考得都比我好。我不翻译，谁听得懂就去听吧，我说得没有逻辑顺序也没有大道理，只是简简单单地发泄不满罢了。感谢各位的倾听，演讲完毕。

The called speech is to express the feelings. This is the premise.
