Keep Healthy
As the development of the society, health is becoming more and more important in our daily life.
As the saying goes, you're what you eat. So to eat the right thing in the right way is the key to keep healthy. Most fruit and vegetables are healthy food and we should eat more. An apple a day, keeps the doctor away.
Sleeping is another important thing to keep healthy. Without enough sleeping the body couldn't have good rest and get in good spirit.
Some exercise will help us get off unnecessary fat and make us stronger. At the same time, we heve fun in the sports and happiness will also bring us health.
I hope everyone could keep healthy and lead a happy life.

Early rising benefits us in many ways.
First, it helps to keep us fit. We all need fresh air. Besides, by taking morning exercises we can improve our health.
Second, it can help us in our studies. In the morning we can learn more quickly.
Third, it can enable us to plan our work for the day. We cannot work well without a proper plan. Early rising can also give us enough time to get ready for our work.
So we say that those who always get up late should make great effort to get up early.

You should eat lots of fruit and vegetables,and drink lots of clean water.You shouldn’t eat unhealthy food。You should do exercise .You should sleep early in the evening.but you shouldn't drink coffee or tea and you shouldn't eat much too candies before sleep,.
