方法1. 在"开始"-->"运行"---->打入"cmd"进入命令提示行后,再进入eclipse的安装目录,

然后输入eclipse -clean即可（我用的这个方法 成功了）

方法2.
删除configuration文件夹里除config.ini以外的所有文件，重启Eclipse
