Whether you are a senior in high school selecting a college or already an underclassman at a university and looking to transfer, you still want to be aware of the advantages and disadvantages of your size school. Personally, I prefer large universities.
First, large schools also come with large libraries and media centers. There are plenty of places to study and plenty of computer labs to get your work done during and out of class. At a small school there may only be one library and there may not be a large collection of books and materials.
Second, generally speaking, large schools tend to be equipped with relatively good-quality facilities and many sorts of clubs, which are helpful for students' extra activities. On the contrast, small schools usually don't provide its learners with these supportive things.
In addition, teaching quality and staff, food and management are also the advantages of large schools.
Though there are so many advantages that large schools may bring to, the disadvantages cannot be ignored like the enormous sized classes, unbalanced teaching efficiency etc..
However, the advantages of large universities outweigh evidently and definitely the disadvantages. In view to this, I choose to attend large universities.
