我和美国的律师完成了了一份affidavit，但是为了在中国公证必须全部翻译成中文正式文本，部分地方我不知道怎么严格的用中文法律文本格式和术语正规翻译， 所以不敢乱来 请高手帮忙！！！全部100分 都给了...需要翻译部分内容如下：

20. He told me “ My car is already fucked up, I will fix it ” and he did not report any new damage to me. As he had driven away I could not inspect his vehicle at that time.
28. When I went to Court for not having insurance the State of Wyoming dismissed the citation based upon the information in paragraph No. 27 above. 2
