Prior to the inception of this Agreement and annually thereafter for the duration of the Term thereof, Toller shall deliver to Celanese a certificate of insurance evidencing such insurance and providing that the Insurer(s) will give Celanese at least 30 days’ written notice in advance of any reduction in or cancellation of such insurance.
