第三段后面那里，机会是可数名词，little chance改为few chances比较妥当；
For instance,you should prepare for alternative hall for your guests in case that it maybe rain on your special day and you have to delay or cancel your celebration
in case it maybe rain，这里语法不对，用in case it rains 就可以了，in case 本来就有以防可能发生的情况的意思。还有后面接的and you。。。如果是说以防万一下雨造成你不得不推迟或者取消celebration的话，建议句子改为：in case that it rains and you will have to delay......

if some emergency were to happen. 复数 emergencies

as more as possible 。。。应该改成as many as possible

for special car to，。。要么改成cars，要么加冠词吧

语法问题不是很大，可能有些地方粗心错漏了而已。

whether there is a subway station or A bus station near the hall,whether there is a place to park carS and so forth.

没什么语法问题，就是语句重复太多。英文忌讳重复拖沓，所以尽量避免咯。然后就是有些中式英语的表述。
