摘要

随着国际互联网的不断拓展，电子商务活动在世界各国兴起并得到了飞速的发展。目前，电子商务已经延伸到了社会各个领域，其中影响最深就是是国际贸易领域。电子商务在中国对外贸易领域中的应用降低了贸易成本，增加了贸易机会，提高了贸易效率。同时，电子商务拓展了中国对外贸易的空间和场所，缩短了对外贸易的距离和时间，简化了中国对外贸易的程序和过程，使国际贸易活动全球化、智能化、无纸化，实现了划时代的深刻变革。环境的变化使我国的国际贸易面临着大量的机会和巨大的挑战。我国能否抓住这个机遇，关键问题就在于能否利用电子商务的技术来发展国际贸易。
本文从电子商务的概念出发，首先阐述了电子商务发展历程及其在国际领域的应用。然后分析了电子商务对中国对外贸易的正面、负面两个方面的影响。从我国电子商务的整体发展来看，我国还处于电子商务的初级尝试阶段，电子商务发展中还存在很多需要解决的问题。本文在对中国电子商务发展现状及不足进行深入分析的基础上，从法律问题，基础设施、认识度，安全问题等方面提出了提升电子商务在中国外贸作用若干建议。

The change of environment, our country's international trade are faced with lots of opportunities and challenges. Then it analyses the e-commerce on China's foreign trade positive and negative influences two aspects.
