A 和 B是一样的，只能形容人内心满足，i am content.
satisfying是令人满意的意思，只能形容物品或事件
satisfactory的意思同样是满意的，满足的，但它可以用来形容从外部看到内心的那种满足感

三个词在中文中的翻译是一样的，但是在英语中有些微小差别，它们的搭配是不一样的。。。最后那个解释可能说得不太清楚，希望你能理解
