(2)过氧脂质有害健康:方便面中的油质一般都加入了抗氧化剂,但它只能减慢氧化速度,推迟酸败时间,并不能完全有效地防止酸败。长期过量的过氧脂质进入人体后,对身体的重要酶系统有一定的破坏作用,还会促使人早衰。因此,方便面不宜作主餐长期食用。
