首先，先认识一些常会用到的英文字，把它抄在小记事本里（最好是能随身携带的），然后背起来。
然后要常常运用你背起来的英文字，或者找个英文级别和你相同或比较高的跟他说英文（只要见到面就说英文，就算不会也不要说中文）。
还有就是要找些适合自己的程度的英文故事书来看，里边不会的字／词一定要查字典。当然故事里一些简单常用的句子可以写在本子背起来。
当英文稍微能对话自如的时候，就听英文台／看英文的新闻报告。尽量训练自己的听力让自己清楚在听／看的什么。
还有就是在自己的部落格／空间写日记时，能用英文的句子／字／词就用英文打出来，别管其他人明白不。不明白的你可以解释，这样会增进你的运用和记忆。
