随着经济全球化的到来,民营企业如雨后春笋般崛起,并得到迅速发展,已成为我国经济发展的一大亮点。民营企业的不断壮大也使其更多的参与到企业并购中来,但是并购成功的民营企业却为数不多,原因有很多:并购前期欠缺可行性研究、缺乏科学合理的财务论证与规划、人力资源整合、文化整合不成功、并购后管理经营失败等。其中原因之一就是民营企业并购中的人力资源整合存在问题,本文针对民营企业对并购中人力资源整合的不重视、员工流失、文化整合不成功、缺乏沟通以及有效的激励措施和危机处理机制方面进行分析并提出解决对策。

With the economic globalization, the rise of private enterprises has caught the major attraction in China cause of its mushrooming and rapid development. Many others are going to be involved in the merging case as the private ones constantly growing up. There are many reasons for the merge cases failed a lot: Lack of feasible research before merging, lack of the planning of reasonable financial report, failed in HR Intergration and culture matters, the unsuccessful management after merging.One of the reasons is that the intergration of HR has difficulties duringthe merging case. This paper is aimed at informing that the private enterprises are paying less attention on the intergration of HR, lose of empolyees, unsuccessful cultural intergration, lack of communication skills and efficient facility methods , also it gives the solution and analysis to the crisis control system
