There are many reasons for the merge cases failed a lot: Lack of feasible research before merging, lack of the planning of reasonable financial report, failed in HR Intergration and culture matters, the unsuccessful management after merging.One of the reasons is that the intergration of HR has difficulties duringthe merging case. This paper is aimed at informing that the private enterprises are paying less attention on the intergration of HR, lose of empolyees, unsuccessful cultural intergration, lack of communication skills and efficient facility methods , also it gives the solution and analysis to the crisis control system
