【内容摘要】随着社会经济的高速发展和科技的进步,人们生活水平的提高,各式各样的家电产品已经得到普及。过去只有城市居民才有的高档家电产品,现在随着国家各项惠农惠民政策的出台,许许多多的家电产品也已经走入了很多普通老百姓家中。大量的需求导致了家电业竞争角逐激烈,而家电的角逐归根到底就是渠道的角逐,所谓“得渠道者得天下,在传统的家电产品的营销渠道里,存在制造商与经销商之间,经销商与经销商之间的冲突,不利于消费者的沟通,渠道成本上升导致家电制造企业利润等下降等问题。本文通过对我国家电销售渠道发展的回顾,分析,进而提出改进优化创新建议,并列举成功案例以供参考。

In the past only the urban residents had high-class home appliances, but as our state issues a variety of policies that benefit its civilians, a lot of home appliances have found their way into average people’s houses.

The large demand leads to the fierce competition in home appliance industry and all in all, the competition in this industry is to win the marketing channel; in other words, if you win the marketing channel, you win the whole world. In the traditional marketing channels of home appliance, there exist interest conflicts between manufacturers, and dealers as well, which is bad for the communication with consumers. As a result, the increase of channel cost causes the home appliance industries a serial of problems such as the decrease of profit and etc.
本文通过对我国家电销售渠道发展的回顾,分析,进而提出改进优化创新建议,并列举成功案例以供参考。
This paper looks back on the development of home appliance marketing channels in our country, analyzes and eventually comes up with some suggestion as how to make improvement, optimization and innovation; and at the same time, it lists out some successful cases for reference.
