I am really sorry to inform you that the raw materials provided by our supplier last Saturday were not suitable for manufacturing, which was confirmed by our quality control department. Thus, we didn't manage to do QC on this order and we wouldn't be able to fulfill this order by delivery to your side tomorrow. Could you please double check with your client whether it is acceptable to delay the delivery until 15th?
We have urged our supplier to provide the required raw materials promptly. And we will arrange manufacturing and QC once everything is in place. Thank you for your understanding.

We are very sorry with the terrible incident during production process last Saturday because something went wrong about the material quality on the supplier's side. Our quality checking department has already acknowledged the incident thus no order-checking appointments were made today. In addition, we are not able to diliver the order tomorrow so please check with your client and ask if we could push back the date to the 15th. We have ordered the supplier to make new shipment of the materials. Once everything is set we will start producing and rearrange quality-checking for tomorrow as soon as possible.
