驱寒姜汤煮法如下:
1、准备红糖约30克左右。红糖能够补血养颜、使身体暖和,红糖对咳嗽也很有好处,当人体感冒时,身体内的消化能力非常弱,此时可吃点红糖,还能补充气血,增强体力。
2、老生姜1块,洗净,勿需去皮,用刀切成一片一片的,也可用刀压碎、压扁。生姜既能作调料,又是养生食疗的好食物,平时煮菜时的生姜不要扔掉,要吃掉。
3、红枣6粒,洗净,待用。红枣具有行气活血补血的功能,在身体感冒疲乏时,吃点红枣能帮助人体恢复体力。当然,红枣也可换成葱白,葱白即葱的白色部分,葱白具有散热发表的作用。
4、锅内放水,将生姜和红枣放于其中,然后用大火烧开,再调至小火,慢慢炖煮3-4分钟,让生姜内的辣味成份煮出来。
5、待煮至差不多后,倒入准备好的红糖,再一块儿煮1分钟,此时的姜汤又甜又辣。
6、生姜的味道全部融出至水中,此时便可盛出煮好的姜汤,乘热喝下,盖上被子,睡上一觉,身上很快会出汗,身体内的寒气随汗排出。
