1、have sth.to do的意思是有什么事情要去做，强调说话人要做某事；
如：
I have a lot of homework to do tonight.
我今晚有很多功课要做。
2、have sth.done有四种意思，分别是：
（1）请某人完成某事，如：
I hadthat door painted last week.
上星期我请人把那扇门做了油漆。
（2）（主语）完成了某事，如：
we must have the work finished by Tuesday.
我们必须在星期二以前完成此项工作。
（3）（主语）遭受某种不幸的情况。如：
I had my leg broken when I got off the bus.
下车时我的腿子摔断了。
（4）否定句中，表示“不允许….”“不让”。如：
I won’t have anything said against her.
我不会允许有任何反对她的言论。

sb have sth. done，翻译的话，还是说成有事要做，但这里的sth的行动主体不再是说话人，而是其他主体。即sth 被另一主体做了什么。sth 和done'是被动关系。强调说话人让其他人做某事
eg：1 I still have some homework to finish.
2 I will have my car mended .
例句1中，我自己还有家庭作业要完成。家庭作业是“我”自己写的，所以have sth do，主动关系
例句2中，我要把我的车送去修。修理的人肯定不是我，所以我的车是被别人修，即have sth done。被动关系
