How to keep fit
Nowadays students need at least 150 minutes of physical activity a week to stay healthy. But that is not enough. While exercise, the best solution is to find ways to be more active in your daily routine. You can also incorporate more active hobbies into your downtime to get yourself moving. Additionally, part of staying fit is eating a healthy diet, so make sure you're consuming plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. And of course, say Good-bye to the junk foods. Keep your energy levels up and relax yourself and recover from everyday activities by getting 7-9 hours of sleep every night.
After all, health always comes first.

Today,I want to tell you how to keep healthy.It is very important for
us.Because if you don't healthy ,you will ill.How to keep healthy ?
First,we must have a healthy diet.Most of the students like eating
fried food such as fried chicken,French fries and so on.But this kind of
food isn't good for us.It is unhealthy food.We should eat less fried
food.
Second,we should spend more time doing exercise,because it can help to build a fit body and makes you feel good.

Third,We must learn to relax,letting the pressure laid off.You cantry to chat with parents and friends,they will be happy to give you a hand.

By these suggestion,you will be healthy.
