What do you usually have for each of the meals?

we have three meals every day.
In the different time we have different meals. in the morning we have breakfast; in the noon we have lunch; in the evening we have supper. we have more time to enjoy ourselves in the supper time.
for the breakfast we usually eat porridge and fried bread stick.
for the lunch we do not have enough time to eat more, so we have to eat fast food.
for the supper we have enough time to cook what we would like to eat.
my favorite food is noodle. because i am from north of china.
normally the people from north of china are very stronger, they eat a lot of meat and steam bread. people from south of china are slimmer. because they eat very small.
