睡不着严重失眠,好烦啊,我要死了这段时间我上夜班,因为经常我喜欢去网吧上网熬夜,白天也玩,所以我基本没怎么休息,生活规律很乱,现在搞得白天晚上没有一点睡意,睡眠感丧失了,... 睡不着严重失眠,好烦啊,我要死了这段时间我上夜班,因为经常我喜欢去网吧上网熬夜,白天也玩,所以我基本没怎么休息,生活规律很乱,现在搞得白天晚上没有一点睡意,睡眠感丧失了,闭着眼睛又难受,可是很难入睡,一天迷迷糊糊的就算睡着了还有时会做恶梦,基本都是睡几个小时醒来就再也睡不着了,因为眼睛没有睡意,感觉不到疲劳,就是觉得累我才闭着眼睛什么时候睡着我都不知道,醒来眼睛也感觉不到有睡眠感和想再睡一会的意思,以前我都不是这样的,现在都没有睡意了,入睡好困难啊,晚上有点对声音敏感刺激更是睡不着了,要怎么办啊,是不是严重神经衰弱了!! 展开

听我说你现在慢慢的放缓呼吸缓缓地然后闭上眼睛。轻轻的闭上。如果脑子里有杂念,就任他自由消散。不要刻意的去排除杂念。不要下意识的去思考,我在想什么,我要想什么慢慢的你就能进入睡眠状态了,一记得拉上窗帘,关上灯哦。
