器械健身课上实习生营销能力的培养的研究
摘 要：本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、归纳法、对比法、逻辑分析法等研究方法分别针对实习单位对我院器械健身专业实习营销能力满意程度；我院器械健身专业实习生对其自身营销能力评价两方面进行调研。调查结果表明：实习单位青睐于具有营销经验、坚强意志品质以及决断力等能力的健身教练、实习生不了解实习单位的需求、
不具备实习单位要求的相关营销能力，并在调查结论的基础之上对学院教育在培养器械健身专业实习生营销能力方面存在的不足进行了探究，目的在于丰富我院器械健身专业学生营销能力的培养体系，促进我院培养出更多专业型、实用型的体育营销人才。
