Many people waste a lot of energy berating themselves when they do something wrong or have an error in judgement.
The key to healthy well-being is to learn from your mistakes, then let them go. Each one of us have made and will continue to make mistakes. It’s the price of being human. It is critical we focus on the lessons to learn from our mistakes and what we can do to correct them.

However, the opening is to small for the monkey’s paw and the pebble. However, the monkey refuses to give up its prized pebble and it is then easy to catch the monkey.
