I’m talking about / Here is my advice about how to keep health/fit? As a middle school student first you’d better do more exercise such as playing ball games running swimming and jumping rope(绳子). Then you should pay attention to your diet or meals. Don’t eat too much meat and sugar but more vegetables and fruit. Third you need enough sleep or rest. Next keep yourself happy. 要阴阳平衡,荤素搭配,吃的食物要接近体温。少吃寒凉的东西。少吃辛辣刺激的食物。体寒的人不要吃水果。多喝粥。

It is necessary to keep a balanced diet if you want to keep healthy.You'd better eat enough vegatables which contain rich vitamin, proper meat is needed,too. Avoid fried or toasted food,esbecially too much KFC or Macdonald 's junk food .It is important to do regular exercises, such as running or playing badminton. Keeping high mood is good for mentally health. We should renew our spirits and release our stress, so that we have a good attitude towards life. To enjoy our beautiful life, we must be bound to keep healthy.
