求助gre一道数学题，题意懂，但是不会做，求详细解释。

The company at which Mark is employed has 80 employees, each of whom has a different salary. Mark’s salary of $43,700 is the second-highest salary in the first quartile of the 80 salaries. If the company were to hire 8 new employees at salaries that are less than the lowest of the 80 salaries, what would Mark’s salary be with respect to the quartiles of the 88 salaries at the company, assuming no other changes in the salaries?

mark位于80人中第一分位的第二高，不应该是80人中第二吗？那么加入把个人应该对他没有什么影响啊

second-highest salary in the first quartile of the 80 salaries意思是将80人分成4组,每组20人,Mark是在第一组(薪水最少的组)的第二,所以应该是第62位,而加入8人后,每组变成22人,从而第62位的位置变成了第二组(薪水第二少的组),而66位为The lowest salary in the second quartile,所以第62位就是The fifth-lowest salary in the second quartile(66(1),65(2),64(3),63(4),62(5))

四分位数（Quartile），把所有数值【由小到大】排列并分成四等份，楼主看成【由大到小】自然就不对了。
人家是排在62位的，不是第2位的。
重排之后，就变成第二组（45——66）啦，62就是倒数第5啦
