The world's most watched gala is nearly here. A news briefing on Monday for the 2015 CCTV Spring Festival Gala released exciting details of the event, including the eight hosts selected for the Gala.
The Gala is popularly known as "Chunwan" in China. This year’s theme is "Family Harmony Yields Success.” The event will celebrate the theme in four interconnecting segments. Ms. Ha Wen, the chief director of the 2015 Gala announced the eight hosts of the event. They include old faces, such as Zhu Jun and Li Sisi, and first-time hosts on the gala stage, such as Kang Hui and Negmat Rehman.
Chinese New Year is on everyone's mind, and performances in Beijing are taking on the festival theme. The China National Symphony Orchestra has brought an original concert to Beijing. Themed "Melodies from the Memories," the concert gives audiences a chance to enjoy the most recognized tunes in China.
