尊敬的矿领导:
大家好！
我经过深思熟虑，决定辞去目前的技术员一职。在这工作3年的时间里，我学到了很多新的东西，充实和丰富了自己。同时，我也很幸运，能够有机会在这样一支团结向上，优秀的团队里学习，更重要的是，认识了这么多好的朋友和同事。
由于近期我感觉身体不适、身心疲惫，不宜长期从事煤炭工作，情非得已。因而无法胜任这份工作，同时也感觉到自己的能力和性格不适合在继续从事煤矿工作。很遗憾，没有机会再为公司做更多的贡献。但是我对公司的感情还是一如既往，希望公司和矿能够蒸蒸日上，有更好的发展。
在过去的工作中，我自己也感到很欣慰的是，自己并没有给公司和矿带来任何损失或者不好的影响。当然，如果我有做的不够的地方，希望广众能够指正。
最后，感谢这三年来各位领导的关心以及同事对我的照顾和帮助，让我能在这样一个平台锻炼自己。

After careful consideration, I decided to quit the present technician duties. In this work three years, I have learned a lot of new things, enrich and enrich themselves. Meanwhile, I'm lucky to have the opportunity to such a unity upward, excellent team in learning, more important is, met so many good friends and colleagues.
With the recent I feel the body unwell, exhaustion of body and mind, unfavorable engaged in coal work, the 1850s already.
