Everyone should learn to relax oneself.Luckily，i have learned my own ways to relax myself. First of all，I usually choose to drink a cup of coffee and listen to relaxing music after a long time boring work and study. Another good way to relax myself is doing exercises,such as running ,swimming and jogging. I always believe that we are the masters of our body and thus we should learn to relax ourselves. There are many other ways to relax, but the point is we must learn to relax.Because the efficiency of our work and study will be the best only if the state of our body is the best.So let's liberate ourselves and Learn to relax.
