To be a good teacher with appropriate qualities not easy, as we know that a teacher should have attained certain level of knowledge and experience before he/she can impart how he/she knows.
Knowledge wise, a teacher should have a vast of knowledge and not within the scope of the syllabus, so as to tap on any areas which the learners can refer to. And as experience wise, a teacher should have necessary related working experience in order to relate the necessary hands on experience to the learner.
Moreover, a teacher should have necessary EQ so that he/she can communicate well with the learners and colleagues.
