Of all the sports,I like swimming best.I think swimming is interesting.It can build up my body too.In summer,I usually go to swim with my classmates after school.I can swim so well that I was chosen as a member of our school swimming team.Last week there was a swimming match between Dong Fang Junior School and my school.I took part in the match and won the first prize.I enjoy swimming very much.

There are many things that I like best such as fish,fruits and vegetables.Fish is tasty but not rich in fat .Among the fruits,I like apples best because apples are rich in many vitamins,which is good to our health.Besides ,I also like tomatoes and watermelons because they are rich in Vitamin C ,which is good to our skin.Among the vegetables,I like potatoes,which contains the most kinds of nutrition .But I don't like pork because I think it too fat and difficult to digest.In addition,I don't like mutton because it had a strange taste.But in fact motton is good to our health.We should eat more mutton.I think we should keep a balanced diet including vegetables and some kinds of meat.Because they have different functions in building our body.

Purple is my favourite colour .It is very mystery,fresh,and it looks expensive,too.When I see this colour,I will lenovo to lavenders.It's very beautiful.So many girls like this colour.It's very happy colour.In the nature,there are many things are purple.When you walk into lavender sea,that's so braw.That's why I love purple.Which one is your favourite colour?
