composer安装时

The "https://getcomposer.org/versions" file could not be downloaded: SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages:
error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed
failed to open stream: Cannot connect to HTTPS server through proxy

可能是安装包不对，或者步骤错了，建议你试试下面步骤：

点击下载：composer

1、解压下载的压缩包，找到【Composer-Setup.exe】安装程序，双击运行，进入安装界面，点击【next】

2、选择自己安装的php.exe，composer将会为你检查php配置和一些其他的设置

3、代理服务器设置，这里小编没有用代理服务器，直接点击【next】

4、很快就安装好了，点击【finish】退出安装界面

5、打开CMD，输入composer，出现下图所示界面则表示安装成功了
