I agree with your great idea.I prefer listening to Chinese songs to reading passages.
I think studying Chinese by listening to music is easier than using boring lessons.Because music is graceful, fashion and creatively.When you listen it,you can imitate Chinese accent and cultivate your tastes at the same time.If you listen and sing with it more,you'll get strong interest in Chinese. I 've picked up some classical Chinese music for you.If you don't like the rhythm or the style,please let me know,and i 'll change some other fantastic music for you.
