注意事项:
1、发酵时间一定要达到三天,否则发酵不彻底。
2、注意放入冷藏,这样不但有利于保存,还口感好。
重量比例为1:1
(2)把制作酵素所需的道具洗净晒干(包括瓶子、刀具、砧板),把水果洗干净、沥干、切碎。
(3)把原料按一层植物一层糖的顺序放入源缘圆酵素器中(最后一层必须是柠檬,需保证瓶中留有1成空间供其发酵)
(4)这种的第二天会少很多,糖把水果就泡下去了,头一个月,要天天搅,搅一个月,不要放在晒太阳的地方,放在阴凉处就可以了,第二个月盖紧放三个月就可以喝了,糖尿病者不易用此方,可以试有水酵素。
