最高级。

(1) 形容词最高级前通常用the，副词最高级前的the可以不用。

(2) 形容词最高级作表语时，有时可以省略the。

(3)最高级形容词作表语，副词用状语时，没和别人比较时不用the。

(4) 最高级前已有名词所有格或物主代词时，不用the。

(5) 有时most是表示“非常”，而不是最高级，不用the。
