最近电脑总是蓝屏，希望高手详细指导一下哈！！！

我的电脑最近频繁出现蓝屏问题，上面有如下错误说明：a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. if this screen appears again, follow these steps.
check to be sure you have adequde dispace. if a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the diver or check with the manu facture for driver updates. try changing video adapters.
check with your hardware wendor for any bios updates. disable bios memory options such as caching or shadowing.if you need to use safe mode to remove or disable component, restart your computer, press f8 to select advanced start up options, and then select safe mode.

是不是别的季节没事呀。
我也遇到过，应该是低温的原因。低温影响了个别电子元件的正常运行。

把内存的金手指用橡皮擦一擦，开机按F8进安全模式，最后一次正确配置，回车（最理想重装系统）
