I do like sports during my daily life. Talking about what kind of sport that I like most, I tell you that, it's swimming.

The reason I choose swimming are as follows:

first of all, it is really enjoyable, esp, you know, in summer. When the sun is shining outside, and the air is even too hot to breathe, swimming would be the best choice. Once you jump into the water, the coolness will drive all the anxiety and sticky feelings away.

second, I guess swimming is one of the best sports to improve one's health. It enables your lungs to breath more air, and helps the body to build up more muscles. Besides, it has obvious advantage compared with some other sports. For instance, jogging is OK, but it hurts people's knees, while swimming will never do that.

Last but not least, swimming is esp suitable for girls, since it's a whole body sport. Through the whole body's exercise, girls can gain a well-shaped figure easily. Isn't that tempting?
