after all的用法

after all意思为“毕竟、别忘了”时，一般放在句首，还需要用逗号隔开，如：“You shouldn\'t do that. After all, she is your mother.”。意思为“居然、竟然”时，一般放在句尾，如：“I passed the exam after all.”
