诚实守信，是我中华民族优良传统。千百年来，人们讲求诚信，推崇诚信。诚信之风质朴醇厚，历史越悠久，诚信之气越光大华夏，充盈中华。她早已融入我们民族文化的血液，成为文化基因中不可或缺的重要一环。简单说，诚信就是真诚、诚实，守信重诺。诚与信是分不开的，只有诚实可靠才能取信于人。

社会需要诚信，时代需要诚信。然而当今世界物欲横流，许多人跑断了腿就为了追逐名利，人们之间的诚信却被丢在一边，视若无睹。好心人将发生车祸的人送进医院，而其家属却一口咬定他就是肇事者；小学生为了救途经铁轨的老人，被迎面而来的列车撞得血肉横飞，而老者却悄然挤出人群不知去向。诚信何在？

诚信，体现在生活中的点点滴滴，就比如与朋友聚会时的守时守约，这便是一种诚信。有些人，就是从这些小事做起，从而在人们心中树立了一个诚信的高大形象；懂得诚信的人，不管在生活中还是事业上往往都能事半功倍。

诚信是一粒种子，沐着春风，喝着秋雨，它一点点地长大。几度风雨，几度磨练，它就是希望，它是生命的源泉。聪明人有了它，事业有成，一帆风顺；愚笨者遇到它，抛弃自卑，勇往直前。成功者有了它，信心百倍，攻入新关；失败者遇到它，重整旗鼓，东山再起。它是兴奋剂，是金钥匙，给不同的人以不同的效力，让他们学会正视自己，热爱生活。
人与人的理解，心与心的交汇，就在诚信之间。只有拥有它，你会创造人生最美好的里程。如果没有它，你只能停留在被世界遗忘的角落。

I 'm Li Hua, I need to improve my English and I think finding a penpals can help me with this problem.If I own a penpal who is a native English,that would be nice! Having a penpal can help me practice reading and writting.I also can learn some grammar while I am reading the letters,Then,as I reply to the letter,I can use the gammar I am learning so that I can get a lot of practice. I am writing to ask whether you are able to do me a favor.

I hope to find a pen pal, with whom I can practice English. It would be better if she were a girl, aged 18～20 years old, and interested in reading books, traveling, doing exercise, or raising pets. It will be easier for us to become friends and share our feelings if we have common interests. I think my English will greatly improve if I have an English-speaking friend.
