With the coming of Information and Knowledge Era, enterprises are paying more attention to the construction of enterprise culture. This article defines the concepts of enterprise culture and enterprise competitive edge,as well as relationships between the two. Through this,it gives the conclusion that the former is a main constituent of the later and helps increasing the later,besides, the former is unique with its main body duplicable and its details not.

With the onset of the information and knowledge age, businesses are paying ever greater attention to the development of their own culture. This paper concludes, through defining the concepts of and relations between business culture and business competitive advantages, that business culture is a major component of the competitive edge of businesses, that while business culture is unique, its major parts are duplicable while the details are not.
