D 定语从句，应理解为Miss Gao is talking about the woman.故用about whom，而c 要改成to whom才对，talk to sb 与...说话。介词后用whom。
A work为不可数名词，故不能选D。How hard the work was to treat...（如用how应这样改）
A 做定语，相当于 who visit...,因为是主动，故用-ing 形式。

第三题我认为选A，work显然是个不可数名词，job是可数的，可以说a job,但是不能说a work
用how的 话应该说how hard the work is....

people后面的是定语，肯定用visiting
