--Good idea . I like vegetables very much . Why not / Why don’t you + 动词原形

8.---Help yourself / yourselves to some fish . 请随便吃些鱼吧。 ---Thanks .
注意：如果是跟两个以上的人说的话，得用yourselves。另外to （介词） + 名词
