The argument about university student should focus on studying or doing more social interaction is always a highly controversial topic. Some students argue that studying is more important, but others think the opposite.
People emphasize on studying argue that university is the best opportunity in our life to gain more knowledge and build a strong fundation for future career. If we waste our uni time on social interaction and other extracurricular activities, we will have to spend more time in the future to catch up. The opponent suggest social interaction is what we called "people skill", in many fields, they are even more critical than the knowledge we learn from our textbook. In university, it is the most valueable time to build our social circle and make more friends, the number of friends is your human resources which will have a significant impact on your future career. Moreover, you can learn more social skill from those social activities that is not something you can acquire from the book.
In my opinion, studying and social interaction do not controdict with each other, in other word, the opinion of both sides make sense. What we can do is to put a balance between studying and doing social activities so that we can enjoy a healthy, productive uni life.
大学生应争论集中在学习或做更多的社交互动总是一个颇有争议的话题。一些学生认为学习是更重要的是,但其他人则认为相反。
