我认为当乘务员不是年轻漂亮就行，美丽只是一个人的外表，不能代表人的心灵美，做为一名乘务员，内涵，素质和能力才是最重要的。面对乘客要有一颗真诚服务的心，要有亲和力，用实际的行动让乘客在短暂的飞行旅途中有到家的感觉。外表只能给人第一印象，在飞行中面对乘客的需要和疑问，空姐能有足够的耐心和丰富的知识帮助乘客解决问题，如果空姐只有漂亮的外表，什么都不懂，什么也不会做，我想是一件很糟糕的事情。高空飞行一件很危险的事情，乘务员必须成熟稳重，而年轻人的经历和阅历是比较少的，面对突发的情况，在处理问题方面比较缺乏经验，考虑不够全面，而年纪稍微大一点乘务员，遇到事情比较镇定，能给乘客带来安全感，在处理突发事件中比较有经验，更懂得安抚乘客的情绪。所以我个人认为空姐不是漂亮年轻就行。

In my opinion, flight attendants do not need to be very young and beautiful. Beauty is only a person's appearance; it does not represent the inner beauty. Hence, content, quality and ability is the most important requirement as a flight attendant. We must serve the passengers with sincerity and friendliness, we should let them feel that they are at home; even they are on a short trip.

Appearance is only the first impression to the passengers, when we need to fulfill passengers’ needs and questions, we should have enough patience and knowledge to assist them. So, if the flight attendants only have good appearance but do not understand anything, I would think this is very terrible.

Flying with the airplane can be quite dangerous. Therefore flight attendants must be mature enough to handle some unforeseen situation. Their experiences in handling passengers during those situations are much better and able to calm down the passengers. This is what younger flight attendants do not equip with. Finally, I personally think that the flight attendants should not only be young and pretty.
