take into account 可以做vt.（及物动词）后面直接加名词

你说的那种情况是 take it into account that~
it代指that引导的句子做take的形式宾语， that后面引导的句子是真正的宾语
例：You must take it into account that the boy has been ill for a long time.
你必须考虑到那个男孩已经生病好久了。

take it into account 这种用法中，不仅可以接that引导的句子，根据句意连接where when how which whether 等等引导的句子都可以
例：The problem with a to-do list is that it does not take into account how much time you have available during the day.
