Hi,how are you recently?I am writing to you because I have got some troubles on which I would like to have your idea.As you know,our school is organizing a winter camp in Great Britain,held by British Council.The camp will be in Cambridge University which always appeared in my dream.Personally,i am crazy about the social activity.But,my family are against to my plan .They think that taking part in such kind of activity will waste my time, and I will have not enough time to finish my homework.And also,they think that I will spend a lot of money. Meanwhile,they always talk about the security in Great Britain.They are worried about my safety there.Perhaps,they are reasonable.And I am a little bit confused.I wish that you will give me some advice.

Dear John:
It has been a long time since I wrote you last time. I miss you very much and hope you are very well. I am writing you this letter as I get into some troubles and hope to get some advice from you.
Now the British Council is organising a winter camp in Cambridge. I think it is a wonderful opportunity for me and I am eager to sign up for it. However, despite my eagerness, my parents have many concerns that may discourage me from doing so. For example, they worry about my safety in a foreign land, about my adaptation to a strange culture and my language skills. Besides, as I am in the last year of the senior high school, they even are somehow convinced that my participation in this camp may greatly affect my studying.
I am feeling so helpless as I do not know what to say to make it clear to my parents that this is a really wonderful opportunity, perhaps the only one in my entire life.
Therefore, I shall turn to you for advice, and I owe you the favor.
